Special notes RE Glazed Bricks
- We strongly recommend flush or rolled joints to protect the brick edges.
- Cleaning:
When mortar has set, brush the glazed surface with an old towel or carpet offcut in the same manner as cleaning or polishing ceramic tiles after grouting. - Consideration should be given to covering cleaned bricks with plastic sheeting as the job progresses upward. No further cleaning of the bricks should be needed.
- We DO NOT recommend acid or high pressure water cleaning.
